How I work

My work is primarily inspired by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and is rooted in deep respect for each person’s inner world. IFS views the human psyche as a system of different “parts” — emotions, inner voices, and patterns that developed throughout life to help us cope and stay safe. Rather than trying to change or eliminate these parts, this approach invites understanding, relationship, and compassion, allowing more calm, inner safety, and self-connection to naturally emerge.

In my sessions, I gently guide you toward building a relationship with your inner parts, emotions, and needs — always at a pace that feels safe for you. The foundation of my work is presence, trust, and respect for where you are right now.

This is not about fixing or forcing change, but about deepening your relationship with yourself. I studied IFS through a four-month intensive training with PESI, led by Dr. Frank Anderson, a globally recognized trauma therapist and one of the most respected voices within the IFS community.

My approach is gentle, attuned, and deeply compassionate toward yourself. The intention of my work is to support you in experiencing greater calm and relief, a deeper sense of self-connection, self-understanding, and the gradual discovery of your true Self — an inner source of clarity, stability, and guidance that you can return to in everyday life.

What is the cost of an individual session?

SOUNDS GREAT!

I offer flexible collaboration so you can choose the form of support that best matches where you are right now. You can start slowly with just a few sessions, or go deeper right away — the pace is entirely up to you.

My IFS-inspired sessions are designed to support your growth through regular, intentionally guided meetings.

I recommend meeting once every two weeks for 75 minutes, allowing us to gently and step by step explore your inner world together. If you wish to move through the process more quickly, you can also choose a weekly rhythm.

All sessions are held online (via Zoom or Google Meet), so you can join from anywhere in the world.

Your investment in yourself:

Single session: 50 EUR / 60 USD

Package of 6 sessions: 250 EUR / 290 USD

If you would like to first get a sense of whether we are a good human and energetic fit, you are welcome to book a single session and decide how to continue afterward.

Sessions are available on weekdays and weekends, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
