That’s why I offer Try a Session — a gentle, welcoming space where you can slowly sense what it’s like to work together and experience an IFS-inspired approach in a way that feels respectful and attuned to you.

During our 40-minute session, we will move at your pace.

We’ll gently arrive together and create a sense of safety, so your system can soften and you can simply be as you are.

You’ll have space to notice what it feels like to connect with your inner world — without pressure, expectations, or the need to fix anything.

You can sense how I work and feel into whether this way of being together feels supportive for you.
