By using meditation and connecting with yourself, we will make contact with the part of you that needs the most attention in your life at this moment. Whether it's fear, doubt, anger, addition or anything else. By connecting with this part, we find its understanding, and through compassion and love, this part transforms and reveals the pain it is protecting. We will find understanding of the part and ourselves.
Every extreme part within us protects the inner pain/hurt or our inner child in pain. After mutual understanding and trust, we get permission from our inner system (from our parts) to make contact with the pain. This process is very safe and has its time when we are internally ready, the wounded part releases its pain, takes on a new form, and often begins to play and rejoice.
The moment you truly understand your parts (yourself) and release your inner pain. Your life will no longer be indecisive and unhappy; instead, you will lead it from within, from your inner self. You will no longer do things just to please others; you will no longer be a victim of external circumstances and other people. You will start creating and living your life the way you have always wished deep down.
